Blue Gemstone Hoop Clip-on Drop Earrings

These are the first dangling hoop earrings I've seen made of gemstones and they are for non-pierced ears! Designer Janice Girardi has fashioned a hoop - diameter 1 and 3/16 inches (30mm), width 1/8 inch (3mm) - and, using sterling silver findings, hung it from a simple clip. Matching findings dangle a bezel set faceted Blue Quartz teardrop - 9/16 inch (14mm) long and 3/8 inch (10mm) wide - from the hoop's bottom. A most popular color and a most popular style in an earring that is just a wee bit more than 2 and 1/2 inches (64mm) long.
