Chipita Non-pierced Earring #608

The heart of this handcrafted and hand stitched clip earring is a 7/8 inch (22mm) wide, 1/4 inch (6mm) high piece of the semi-precious gemstone Rhyolite, a mottled green marble-like stone formed in volcanic flows so bits of other materials add spots of mossy greens, browns and grays. As this is a difficult cut to make, these stones are rare. Designer Chipita Eagle frames them with 2 rows of a beautiful variety of gemstone beads, including Ryolite and Goldstone and golden metal beads. Then she pulls some of the colors from the stones to form the 7 dangles of matte finished metal ornaments in jonquil, salmon and sap green, golden round and cane beads and a lavish variety of gemstone beads. The top of this very special padded paddle back clip earring is 1 and 1/4 inches (32mm) wide and its overall length is 3 and 7/16 inches (87mm). Note: This is representative of the earrings, but each pair will have Rhyolite gemstones that are unique.
