Gemstone & 2-Part Non-pierced Drop Earrings

An 8mm gemstone bead and a 2-part drop form these unique 2 and 1/8 inches (54mm) long clip-on earrings. Hanging from a simple clip, they are available in your choice gold-plating with a Tiger's Eye gemstone or silver-plating with Blue Goldstone (dark - almost black - blue). About Goldstone: its metallic gleam is created by adding copper salts to colored liquid glass which is held at a specific temperature for a length of time, and then allowed to cool. It is believed to have originated centuries ago with Italian monks using alchemy to try to make gold from common materials.
