KJK's Gemstone & Pearl Clip-on Drop Earrings

New York designer Katherine Kornblau lets the natural beauty of these large gemstones speak for themselves in these 2 and 5/16 inches (59mm) long non-pierced earrings. A shimmering, uniquely shaped pearl (fashioned of Nacre from the lining of a mollusk's shell where pearls are formed) joins the 1 inch (25mm) high, 5/8 inch (16mm) wide, 5/16 inch (8mm) deep faceted gemstone teardrop to the simple clip. On the left the teardrop is Green Jade, the Pearl dyed a light, bright green and the findings are gold-filled. On the right the teardrop is translucent Cherry Quartz, the Pearl is bright white and the findings are Sterling Silver.
Care Note: Keep away from hairspray and do not clean with alcohol as they will eat through the Nacre, causing irreparable damage to the color and luster.
