Katherine's Tiger's Eye Clip-on Drop Earrings

Like these 1 and 5/8 inches (42mm) long non-pierced drop earrings, much of the jewelry by New York City designer Katherine Kornblau focuses on the beauty of its gemstones. Her focus here is Tiger's Eye - a brown Quartz that is aptly named for its rich yellow or brick red stripes that constantly change from with one lustrous shade or another coming to the fore with an almost holographic effect. Hanging from a simple ball and loop clip, the drop features a round 'pillow' of Tiger's Eye that is 3/16 inch (5mm) deep with a diameter of 1/2 inch (13mm). Caps of metal beads sit atop and below it and a 5mm dyed pearl swings jauntily at the end. Available in your choice of Golden Tiger's Eye with gold-plated findings or Red Tiger's Eye with silver-plated findings.
