Another of Illinois designer Nancy Neill's imaginative creations, these delightful dangling earrings celebrate making merry. I wore them New Year's Eve but they're great any time there's a party. 1 and 3/8 inches (35mm) long they feature a party hat with stamped designs and 3 genuine Austrian crystals.
