Sadie's Antique Glass #5 Clip-on Earrings

The settings of these 1 and 9/16 inches (40mm) long hinged screwback clip earrings were cast from original Art Deco period dies. The central theme of Art Deco is its geometry and symmetry, coupled with a boldness of both design and color - all traits of these wonderful creations from Sadie Green. The metal on the left is copper and the color of the faceted antique glass stone - diameter 9/16 inch (15mm) - is Rose. The earring on the right is antiqued silver-plated with Aqua colored glass. The earring's back is open behind the glass and the light that shines thru it lends a gemstone like sparkle.
