We call them turtles, but Designer Ken Kantro, who draws his inspiration from the timeless beauty of nature's creatures, calls them by their formal name - Terrapins. No matter what you call them, the longevity of these land and water animals has made them symbols of wisdom and immortality. Using gemstone domed cabochons of natural Turquoise to represent the turtle's shell, each piece is an original design that Ken has signed. Made of vermeil 14K gold plated over fine quality pewter - for high quality at an affordable price, the turtle shaped setting hangs from a pierced look simple clip for an overall earring length of 1 and 1/8 inches (28mm).
